Veteran director Dasari Narayana Rao expressed his interest to remake ANR's hit 'Yedanthasthula Meda' with Nagarjuna in the lead.
He wanted to remake "Yedanthasthula Meda" that was originally made with Akkineni Nageswara Rao and Sujatha. He gave a cd of the movie to Nagarjuna to watch and get interested in the plot to mentally.
As per the reliable sources, Dasari complimented the performance of Nagarjuna in emotional scenes in the romantic entertainer after the special screening. Later, the veteran came up with a proposal of remaking 'Yedanthasthula Meda' with the actor. Nag, however, didn't assure anything but made it clear he will take a call only after watching the DVD of the film.
