Puri Jagannadh's 'Chachi Pote..'
Ace director Puri Jagannadh is finest writer too. He won Nandi awards as writer for films like Itlu Sravani Subramanyam. As the time passed, commercial hits continued and the writer in him sidelined. It seems now realization dawned on him. His last two films - Desamuduru and Chirutha - were highly criticized for lack of substance. In a bid to resurrect his lost glory, Puri Jagannadh has planning two 'content based films'.
The first among them will be an unusual thriller starring his brother Sai Ram Shankar in the lead role. According to our sources, he has already registered an interesting title for it - Chachchipote (If you die..). It is more of an experiment film with an interesting script and has all the commercial elements, sources told us. The film will begin shooting in May after Puri finishes his current flick with Bujjigaadu Made In Chennai.
Sai who has not tasted a success till now will be looking in a complete makeover with six packs abs.
His proposed film with hero Ravi Teja titled Neninthe will begin later this year in December.
