After saying ‘no’ to item numbers for many years, sources say that TRISHA is likely to do an item number in RAJNIKANTH's bi-lingual film Kucheludu (Kuselan in Tamil). The film is being directed by P VASU and produced by C ASHWINI DUTT in Telugu and BALACHANDER in Tamil. It is a remake of Malayalam blockbuster Kadha Paarayumbol which stars MAMMOOTY and SRINIVASAN. The shooting of Kucheludu is likely to begin on March 10. What could have changed the yardstick suddenly for Trisha? Could it be because it's Rajni's film!

Sources said the Rajasekhara Reddy government wants to send signals to Chiranjeevi that if he dares to embarrass the Congress, he would face a similar action. Whether IT department would dig out any records or not from Chiru house, the raids themselves would be a big move to run down the image of the Megastar. The officials are capable of fabricating documents against Chiru and as a result, the very purpose of Chiru raising the issue of corruption would be defeated. What a strategy!

Titled Kurkure, the film is being produced by DUVVASI MOHAN. Lahari plays the lead, as wife to a rough but rich realtor husband. "I entered the film industry with dreams of making it big. Soon enough, I realised what a difficult task it is. Things didn’t work according to the plan and I took off to Kerala in search of work. But I am very thrilled to be working in a Tollywood venture once again and hopefully, I will be lucky this time,” says the pretty actress.

Is NTR Kantri Written For Pawan Kalyan? |
It is known news that the upcoming film 'Kantri' starring NTR will soon be hitting the screens, this will also mark the debut of Meher Ramesh as director in Tollywood. Interestingly, there is a talk in industry that Meher who is said to be a close relative of megastar Chiranjeevi actually approached Power Star Pawan Kalyan with the story since this was written keeping Pawan in mind but then the star refused the offer. Then Meher is said to have gone to Allu Arjun with it but to no avail. Finally, it was NTR who decided to say yes and it remains to be seen if he was right in taking this decision.
