NBK attacked Lakshmi Parvati (widow of Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao) by critising that she married his father intending to acquire the property and status in the society. Nandamuri Balakrishna and his brothers today filed a petition in the High Court, asking for empowerment to operate the Trust again. Hearing the same, the hounarable court sent notices to Lakshmi Parvathi with an order to file a counter. Lakshmi Parvathi’s disagreement to their petition made Balakrishna to counter-attacked her by clarifying crystal clear that she has no right to deal with Basavatarakam Memorial Medical Trust as he, along with his brothers formed the trust in memory of their mother.
