But have you ever wondered how a south Indian girl ended up with a north Indian name? Well, the truth is the name is not even North Indian but in fact it is Russian and there is a story attached to it which the pretty girl recently shared in one of her interviews.
Apparently, when Trisha was a baby, her father used to do a lot of traveling which also involved going to foreign countries. In one such visit, he visited the country of Russia and there he came across the name Trisha which means 'Victory' in English. Without wasting further time, he named the pretty girl Trisha as soon as he got back and the rest as you know is history.
