After Athadu, hotshot MAHESH BABU teams up with director TRIVIKRAM after a big gap to churn out a romantic comedy Varudu which is loosely inspired by the Hindi film Hum Tum. If rumours are to be believed, then Mahesh will be playing a mature romantic role, a total contrast to his patent action hero roles. The lighthearted role will come as a good break for the actor as he has been almost typecast as a brooding actor. It will not be a regular love-at-firstsight kind of film but a mature love story between two educated and individualistic persons. The actor has chosen the right director who is proficient in blending love and comedy. Definitely this will be one interesting romantic film to watch out for.
