Telugu actor Dr. Mohan Babu was in Vizag to attend the birthday celebrations of T.Subbirami Reddy. The event was attended by a big contingent of stars from Tollywood and Bollywood, elite circles of Steel City and political circles too. Mohan Babu lost his cool and gave a retort to Congres Youth President TGY Sudhakar Babu.
This all happened at Vizag Port Stadium on Monday evening. During the birthday party, State Youth congress president TGY Sudhakar Babu made remarks that it was not tenable on the part of the Telugu film industry to reject two awards which were to have been presented by the Chief Minister during the recently concluded Diamond Jubilee fete of Telugu cinema. He further added that it only humiliated YSR. Irked by these remarks, Mohan Babu shot back - "What do you know about YSR? He is a good friend of mine and I knew him even before you were born. This is not the right place to air out your political vendetta". When a few others tried to get into picture, Mohan Babu quickly chided them to sit. Within a few seconds he gathered his cool and talked to the gathering cheerily-Telugu Cinemass.
