Fresh from the consecutive successes of "Dhee" and "Dubai Seenu", Telugu director Sreenu Vaitla begins his new film with hero Ram. And repeats his favorite actress Genelia in the film.
Produced by Sravanthi Movies, the film had its formal launch on Friday, Sep 07, 2007 at Ramanaidu Studios, Hyderabad. Union Minister Dasari Narayana Rao clapped the board while Srinu Vaitla shot the muhurat scene on hero Ram. Heroine Genelia could not attend.
Kona Venkat and Gopimohan who wrote for Dhee are providing the story and dialogues.
Sreenu Vaitla said he designed the film based on body language of hero Ram. "It took four months to write a trite script. This is the best script in my films. It is blend of my taste (action adventure) and Sravanti Ravikishore's (romantic/family entertainment). Devi Sri Prasad joins us again," Srini Vaitla said.
He informed that Ram plays the role of a student while Genelia is his classmate who is a US returned.
Hero Ram said it was a great opportunity to him doing the third film for his uncle Sravanthi Ravi Kishore and Sreenu Vaitla.
Producer Ravi Kishore informed that regular shoot begins from September 24th-Telugu Cinemass.
