Police have registered a case under the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986. However, director Vamsi Paidipally called the charges "baseless".
Vamsi Paidipally told, "We have no clue which poster he is referring to. If he is talking about the one featuring Amy Jackson in a two-piece bikini with Charan, it was from a song. There was absolutely no obscenity in it. These are just baseless allegations." He added, "We will handle this legally." Yevadu is a big-budget movie produced by Dil Raju. The movie has a beach song featuring Amy Jackson in a bikini opposite Ram Charan Teja. The film also features Shruti Hassan, Allu Arjun, Kajal Agarwal and Brahmanadam in important roles. Released on January 12, the film has taken the Box Office by the storm.
