Nenu, Tanu, Aame: different love story

Nenu Tanu Aame (earlier titled Adi Oka Idhi Le), Madhavan’s Telugu debut which is also being made in Tamil, directed by writer-turned-director Kona Venkat and produced by Gaurav Sharma under Storm Pictures banner has wrapped up and gone into post-production stage. The movie also stars Sada and Shamita Shetty (Shilpa Shetty’s sister). This is Madhavan’s debut Telugu film, though many of his Tamil hit films have been dubbed into Telugu. Previously, Nenu Tanu Aame was titled Leelai in Tamil; that title has been changed to Naan Aval Adhu

Recently at a press meet, the producer said, “This is Madhavan’s first ‘straight’ Telugu film; this is also the debut movie in Telugu for our banner. We are planning to release the film in September. Kona Venkat, a reputed writer, is making his debut as director. We are sure that he will earn compliments from all classes of audiences. Dubbing, re-recording, sound effects are complete and final mixing is now in progress.”

Sunil Sharma, Vizag Prasad and Sayaji Shinde are part of the supporting star cast. Music is by R.P. Patnaik and G.V. Prakash; story, screenplay, dialogues and direction are by Kona Venkat.

Nenu Tanu Aame is a different love story. The audio release, which was supposed to be at the end of this month, has been postponed. The film’s theatrical release is planned for September.
