SOUTH ACTRESS NAMIYHA KAPOOR BIOGRAPHY
Namitha Kapoor is a popular Tamil actress. She started out by participating in the Femina Miss India Contest. She was born on May 10, 1981 in Surat, India. She has acted in Tamil , Kannada, Telugu, Hindi films. Although she started out in Telugu movies, she became famous after the Tamil film Engal Anna opposite Vijayakanth.
She starred in the song "Arjuna Arjuna" along with Sarath Kumar, which ended up as a big hit. Being tremendously well endowed and very voluptuous, she's constantly cast in almost all her films, entirely for skin show. Her screen name for the first two Telugu movies was Bhairavi. She was crowned Miss Surat in 1998 and came fourth in the Miss India contest during the year 2001 where Celina Jaitley was crowned Miss India. She has also appeared in an English film named Maya directed by Eric Manning.
Born and raised in Kurichi, Real name Namita M Vankawala, studied at Ratnam Arts College, Surat. Punjabi-speaking Namitha is another actress in the long list of heroines who made it in Telugu and Tamil movies. Her father is a businessman and her mother is a housewife. She became popular after acting in the Tamil film Engal Anna with Vijayakantha. After being crowned Miss Surat in 1998, she participated in the Miss India contest in 2001.

After entering Tollywood, she immediately grabbed the attention of Telugu film lovers with Sontham and acted in Gemini as Bhairavi though the films didn’t fare well in the box office. She is a Taurean, stands six feet one inches tall and weighs about 80 kilos. She may well become Indian movie industry's answer to Lucy Lawless.
