The music of "Vijaya Dasami", the movie starring Kalyanram, is released through Aditya Music on Thursday at Annapoorna Studios, Hyderabad. The film is made on Sri Sai Sarvajit Movies with Samudra as the director. E. Ranga Rao is the producer. Those who are associated with the film are aruchuri brothers, Sai Kumar, Peararasu (Sivakasi director) Vedika, Srikanth Deva, Jayasudha, Rama Prabha and others. While D. Ramanaidu launched the audio cassette, it was Perarasu, who launched the trailer. One Sarita Rama Rao purchased the first cassette for Rs. 27,000/-.
The prominent gathering included director B. Gopal (who received the first cassette), Saritha Srinivas (Fan of Kalyanram, who purchased the cassette for Rs. 27,000/-), Paruchuri Brothers, hero Vishnu, Perarasu (producer of Tamil original Sivakasi), music director Srikanth Deva, Jayasudha, Saikumar, Ramaprabha, SunkuRamesh, Manyam Ramesh, cinematographer Ramprasad and E. Ranga Rao (producer of Vijaya Dasami).
Hero Vishnu attended as the special guest at the function and wished best of luck to hero Kalyanram. Saikumar said that he was fortunate to act in NTR's film Major Chandrakanth, besides with Balakrishna in Rowdy Inspector, and "now with Kalyanram." Samudra thanked AM Ratnam and MS Raju for providing him the remake rights and the title Vijaya Dasami. He predicted big break to Kalyanram with this film. Hero Kalyanram said that he was doing a pucca commercial mass film for the first time. He appreciated the teamwork of the cast and crew, besides thanking the fans of Nandamuris for all their encouragement.
