Latest buzz from Tollywood that Telugu Cinemass got to know is that Simran is going to play the heroine for Nagababu in the film titled "Apadamokkulavadu" in the direction of offbeat Posani Krishna Murali. She re-entered Tollywood to play one of the female leads in Nandamuri Balakrishna's "Okka Magaadu". In the days that followed, she took up another project playing heroine for comedian Krishna Bhagwan in the film titled "John Apparao". Interestingly, Simran did a good number of films co-starring megastar Chiranjeevi years ago. After Annayya, it is now the turn of Tammudu.
