Telugu actor now turned director JD Chakravarthy is directing Homam with Jagapathi Babu and him in the lead roles. The film is produced by Ram Gopal Varma's new production house - Storm Productions. 90 percent of the film's shoot has been finished but the film is not going to release any time soon. Because JD has decided to make in Kannada too and the Kannada version has just begun.
The Kannda version titled Homa stars Sudeep (a top hero there) in the lead role. Both these versions will simultaneously release sometime in February or summer-Telugu Cinemass.
