Audio of "Godava", debut film of Vaibhav (son of A. Kodanda Rami Reddy) was held on Wednesday night in a grand manner at Hotel Green Park, Hyderabad. Nandamuri Balakrishna, K. Raghavendra Rao and D. Ramanaidu jointly launched the music. Balayya released the audio cassette; and KRR, the audio CD. Music is by Mani Sharma. Supreme Music is marketing the album. Both the albums were received by Rama Naidu. The gathering of the evening included B. Gopal, Paruchuri Brothers, SV Krishna Reddy, KL Narayana, Rasi Narasimha Rao, Sagar, Chalapathi Rao, AVS, Tammareddy Bharadwaja, Vaibhav (hero), Shradda Aarya (debut heroine) and others. Supreme Music is marketing the album.
Balakrishna said: “Kodandarami Reddy brought a sort of revolution in the history of Telugu film direction. I am happy that he is going to repeat the magic once again with his son.” He recalled the days of working with AKR and said that all the films he had worked with him were blockbusters. He wished Vaibhav best of luck.
Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao compared the body language of debut hero Vaibhav with that of Ravi Teja. D. Ramanaidu said that AKR was a disciplined technician whom he knew from the days he spent in Madras. He brought a new lease of life to Telugu cinema when the industry migrated to Hyderabad, by giving series of hits as he did while in Chennai.
Hero Vaibhav said he felt happy to be amidst the senior personalities of the film industry. He said the blessings of the audience were of immense help to his career-Telugu Cinemass.
