Prabhas ‘Darling’ Censor on April 19

Prabhas starrer ‘Darling’ is getting ready for release on April 23. And the latest development in connection to the film is that the film would go to the censor on April 19th.

Karunakaran has directed the film and Bhogavalli Prasad produced it on ‘Sri Venkateshwara Cine Chitra’ banner. GV Prakash has composed the music for the film. Kajal is playing the female lead, while Shraddha Das played a prominent role.

Samantha gain everybody's attention

Jessie fame Samantha, who recently grabbed everybody's attention with her cute performance in Gautham Menon’s super hit Yemaya Chesave, is the new rising star in Tollywood.

The actress recently bagged three big budget movies opposite three Tollywood super stars: Jr. NTR in Brindavanam, Prabhas in an S.S. Rajamouli directed flick and Prince Mahesh Babu in his next venture to be directed by Srinu Vaitla.

According to latest reports, the pretty actress will also be seen in the title role opposite multilingual hero Siddharth in his new bilingual film to be produced by M.D. Kiran Reddy of Satyam Cinemas, one of the hottest entertainment spots and theatre complexes in Chennai.

Chennai based ad filmmaker Jayendra, who made some impressive commercials for Rasna, Maggi and Bajaj, will direct this film. More details are awaited.

Kollywood’s popular stars like Trisha and Priya Mani are following the footsteps of Asin, as the latter star made a smooth transition from Kollywood to Bollywood and had made quite a splash with her first movie ‘Ghajini’.

Asin who enjoyed soaring popularity and had quite an impressive career in Kollywood made waves in Bollywood after her first movie
; this has now inspired several popular actresses down south to place a foot in Bollywood.

Trisha makes an easy entry into Bollywood
After Asin it is now actress Trisha, who with the assistance of her favorite mentor Priyadarshan will be making an entry into the Hindi film industry. The actress is being paired opposite Akshay Kumar in Priyadarshan’s ‘Khatta Meeta’.

Model turned actress Trisha began her film career in Priyadarshan’s ‘Lesa Lesa’. The actress, who worked her way to carve her own niche in Kollywood, is now 30 films old and has quite a large share of fan-following in Kollywood and Tollywood.

Interestingly, this dusky beauty made an entry in Kollywood by doing a lot of modeling assignments and later took part in the Miss Chennai beauty pageant and won the title.

With a couple of films in her kitty down south, Trisha doesn’t want to lose the opportunity in Bollywood; she is supposedly also gearing up to do another film with Akshay Kumar.

Interestingly with her Bollywood dream entry and last film 'VTV' in Tamil proving to be a stunner, the actress has now got an opportunity to act with Kamal Hassan for the first time in a Tamil project.

And now that her Bollywood debut film is in its final stages of completion the actress is leaving no stone unturned when it comes to her Bollywood success; when last heard, she was putting in every possible effort to impress everyone with her histrionics.

Priya Mani doesn’t have a perfect Bollywood face
Surprisingly, after Trisha’s big ticket to Bollywood, the next hopeful to join the Bollywood bandwagon is Priya Mani.

She may not have the perfect face for Bollywood, but her acting had earned her a National award in 2006 for the Tamil film ‘Paruthi Veeran’.

Interestingly, her mixed bag of skills gave her several opportunities to act in films in Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu.

The actress has even landed a plum role in Mani Ratnam’s upcoming film ‘Raavana’. Priya, who is doing a supporting role in Raavana, would be seen in both the Hindi and Tamil versions. The film has Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya in the leading role in Hindi and Actor Vikram opposite Aishwarya Rai in Tamil version.

The young southern starlet, who will be making a successful entry into Bollywood with the help of popular director Mani Ratnam, has also bagged a chance to work with her dream director Ram Gopal Varma, in his next film ‘Raktha Charithra’, which has Kollywood superstar Surya playing a negative role.

Now with more and more Kollywood stars looking towards Bollywood for hitting it big, it wouldn’t be long before a whole lot of them have at least one Hindi film in their kitty.

However, what’s commendable is the fact that the stars down south are making it quite clear that they are here to stay, no matter what the fate of the films will be; these Kollywood beauties have all added their Bollywood entry to their resume and are in no mood to give up their dream just yet.

Brindaavanam, being produced by Dil Raju will have superstar NTR Jr. as the male lead. However, NTR Jr. will share the screen in this flick with two beautiful ladies, one is Samantha and the other one is Kajal. The music of Brindaavanam has been composed by Thaman and Chota K. Naidu has done justice to the music by his brilliant choreography.

Brindavanam is going to be the latest movie of NTR Jr. The outskirts of Hyderabad have been used for most of the shooting of Brindavanam. Some of the scenes were completed at Karantaka and Kerala too. A humongous amount has been spent on creating extravagant sets of Brindavanam. The makers of Brindavanam are planning for a 15th August release. This date is considered as a lucky date as NTR Jr's last movie Yamadonga which skyrocketed at the box office was also released on 15th August.

Indian Celebs in MMS Scandals on the Internet

Sex tapes no longer generate a high degree of interest, given the deluge of such content on the internet. Unless, of course, there is a celebrity involved. We take a look at some of the most discussed celebrity sex videos (many of them later turned out to be fakes).

In early 2010, a sex video, featuring a look-alike of Katrina Kaif's sister Isabel Kaif surfaced online.

In 2004 a Mumbai tabloid published images from an MMS clip allegedly showing Kareena Kapoor and Shaid Kapur kissing. The clip, amongst other things, helped make the duo's hush-hush affair public.

Sex clips of Aishwarya Rai look-alikes were viewed millions of times. But like most fake celebrity sex tapes they all claimed to be that of Ash.

In 2005 Mallika Sherawat filed a complaint asking the police to probe into an MMS featuring a look-alike of the actress engaged in a sexual act. The clip was later discovered to be that of Lolly, a Mexican porn star.

Just before the release of Ashmit Patel and Riya Sen's first film together Silsiilay, an MMS clip purportedly of the duo was widely circulated. Incidentally, the film also had steamy scenes between the two.

In July 2005 a keyhole video of a woman, said to be Preity Zinta, in the bathroom was widely watched. Though many claimed it to be authentic, in all likelihood it was a fake

While some called it a publicity stunt, a video clip of Mona Chopra (she later changed her name to Sherlyn Chopra) changing clothes created quite a controversy in 2006. Mona didn't deny that it was she in the video clip and said that someone might have secretly shot her in the nude.

Even the then-demure Vidya Balan was embroiled in an MMS scandal in 2006. A one-minute clip of a Vidya look-alike was widely circulated. Vidya didn't react to the issue.

The producers of the 2005 film Ek Haseena Ek Khiladi tried to cash in on the MMS craze to promote the film. A steamy video of Fardeen Khan and Koena Mitra was released and it spread like wildfire.

A video featuring an actress who resembled Manisha Koirala did the rounds as an MMS clip.

Though Bhumika Chawla's stint in Bollywood failed to make any impact, a fake MMS clip of hers did get noticed by many.

Indian tennis star Sania Mirza has a great following in the subcontinent, so when an MMS clip believed to be hers surfaced millions logged on to get a glimpse. But it also turned out to be phony.

An MMS allegedly featuring Southern actors Nayanthara and Simbu in intimate positions created quite a controversy.

In a video clip a look-alike of actress Namitha was shown having sex with a male model.

A 37-second graphic video allegedly featuring MTV Roadies reality show contestant Tamanna was a big hit on the internet.

An MMS clip controversy around Southern actress Trisha also hit the headlines.

Controversial godman Nithyananda Swami made news when an alleged sex video of him with actresses were made public. The actresses in the controversial videos purportedly are Ranjitha and Yuvarani.
